I came across freebiejeebies a couple of days ago ( Early April 2010) and thought  to my self ( as you do) thats a scam, It must be??? How can they possibly give away ipods, iphones, Mac books, and Wii’s….

So curious as I was, I jumped in, signed up and then did my due Diligence yes, as it’s completely free I had nothing to loose!
So I jumped in first as I wanted to see whats on the inside, who are the people behind freebiejeebies? and how can they possibly give this away for free, or claim to.

So once I signed up I begun to look into it I found that what they are doing is promoting other companies through their site, and getting paid to do so from those companies.

If you know about affiliate marketing then you’ll know how this works:

If you sell or promote a product for a company they pay you a commission for referring the customer. this can be anywhere from £2 /$ up to and over  £50 /$ per referral. It’s  based on the potential of the customer being referred by you becoming a customer.

Eg, if you sign up to “love Film” through the link on Freebiejeebies then they know that many – not all – but many will become full members so it makes sense for them to offer a good percentage of that potential income from the member to freebiejeebies for sending the customer to them. GET IT!!

Now lets say they ( Freebiejeebies ) get 5 people to sign up and get £20 each in commission. Thats £100 freebiejeebies earn in commission. from the company they introduce members to.

They then buy 100′s of  ipods (for example) at wholesale price and give them to the people who send in the referrals – as a thank you
